NaKeD Chocolates
Chai Tiger

A subtle combination of black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and anise in a milk chocolate ganache. Hand dipped in our 38.2% milk chocolate.


Strawberry

Locally grown strawberries and aged Modano balsamic vinegar are joined in a creamy butter ganache and then encased in a rich Guayaguil chocolate. A local favorite.


Poodle Espresso

Strong espresso and Madagaskar vanilla are steeped together in a silky milk chocolate ganache. Sprinkled with a fine dusting of ground espresso bean.


Raspberry

Local raspberries are infused into this creamy white chocolate ganache. Bittersweet chocolate ends this pairing.


Citrus Ice

Fresh lemon zest and fresh locally grown mint leaves are delicately infused into a creamy butter ganache. Hand dipped in a 64% Guayaquil bittersweet chocolate.


Brandied Cherry

Our rich dark chocolate hides the centre of this local favorite. Kirsch cherries and a little extra brandy. The perfect nightcap.


Toucan

Passion fruit. A tropical blast of fresh passion fruit puree added to an already silky white chocolate ganache. Hand painted in vibrant colours to say "pick me"


Pharaoh

Our biggest hit. We've been told it's the best caramel in the world. Hmmm...best caramel, best chocolate.


Cointreau

A dark chocolate cream ganache infused with Cointreau liquer. Hand dipped and decorated in 64% bittersweet chocolate.


Asyn

It's a sin. Milk chocolate ganache flavoured with fresh cinnamon, Madagaskar vanilla and Goldschlager liquer. At the centre is a marzipan delight.


Polar Bear

Fresh cream, Madagaskar vanilla bean and white Belgian chocolate. This luxurious ganache is hand dipped and garnished with white chocolate.


Black Bear

Bittersweet 64% Guayaquil chocolate cream ganache hand dipped in the same luxurious chocolate.


Mango

 

Silky white chocolate ganache infused with mango puree. This taste sensation is coated in our rich belgian milk chocolate.


Marzipan

Imported from Germany, our marzipan is simply amazing. Hand dipped in a 64% bittersweet chocolate and topped with sea salt. This combination puts our marzipan in a class of its own.


Madras

A delicate balance of Mardras Curry & Cream of Coconut. This rich butter cream ganache is encased in our 64% bittersweet chocolate.


Aztec

Bittersweet chocolate ganache infused with an explosive combination of 4 peppers, ancho ,chili, cayene and jalapeno. Enrobed in a hand painted bittersweet chocolate.


Champagne

A silky milk chocolate ganache infused with champagne liquer and fresh Madagaskar Vanilla embodied in a rich milk chocolate and crowned in gold.


Orange

Oranges are infused into this creamy white chocolate ganache. Bittersweet chocolate ends this pairing.


Banana Split

White chocolate butter ganache. Infused in banana and Madagaskar Vanilla. The split part is a layer of our famous caramel hidden in the middle.


Ginjah

Black molasses, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. This creamy milk chocolate ganache sends your taste buds on a gingerbread journey. Encased in our silky milk chocolate and splashed with colour.


Pearl

Hazelnuts and chocolate are swirled together to create the perfect taste sensation. We add small bits of toffee to make this chocolate even better and top it off with fresh roasted hazelnuts.


Lime Hickey

Fresh lime and tequila blended together in a white chocolate ganache. Coated in a rich dark chocolate and hand painted in bright yellows and greens. Pucker up.


Mint

A milk chocolate gabache infused with a light mint. A refreshing and light flavour paired with our rich milk chocolate.


Blue Velvet

Fresh blueberries and a hint of anise make this combination an in house favorite. The white chocolate ganache is then dipped in a rich bittersweet chocolate.


Vegan

Dark chocolate Soy Milk ganache and fresh vanilla. Encased in a 64% dark belgian chocolate .


Brandy

Chocolate ganache infused with napoleon brandy dipped dark chocolate.


Rose Caramel

Need pick - rich caramel infused with distilled rose water. This creamy delight is encased in our rich milk chocolate.
